Moral Dilemma

You are speeding in your car on a one-way street, through very thick woods with a mad gunman chasing you and shooting at you from behind. Up ahead, you see a pedestrian crossing the street. You figure you have enough time to stop to let him cross, but with the thick woods, you cannot drive around him. Would you:
a. Stop to let the pedestrian cross, even though you are being shot at or
b. Hit the pedestrian and continue speeding away from the gunman.

I would stop to let the pedestrian cross, even though i was being shot at and this is because I am a person who would try save the other person's life and couldn't think of killing him so i would stop.

Real life situation

I once cheated off a test as I hadn't revised at all and was scared of failing so cheated off the person besides me instead of giving it a thought that he actually studied n worked hard for the test.

Gren Craven's argument's learning outcome. Tripti

Gren Craven's video is about global warming and the cause behind it. His biggest point of argument is that the decision should be made quick before things turn out to be worse later. He looks at the point whether we should or shouldn't take action regarding global warming and who actually caused this. By considering these points in mind I have learnt that making decisions at the right time is a very important key for things to be right, If the decisions are not made at the right time, things can go wrong and out of control and make sure what decision is made must be appropriate to keep us away from sufferings.

IS SEEING BELIEVING.

Us humans believe in what we see. According to us, the image our eyes create for us and what our vision shows us is what it actually is, but it may not be that way, it could be an illusion and our eyes could be mistaken on the image it is portraying infront of us. We do have evidence that what we see is actually what it is or supposed to be, it could be totally different. We believe what we see and the image that is shown to you but in reality it could be untrue. So we ask ourselves is what we see actually what it is and should be. To an extent yes we should believe in what we see as it is more likely to be that in reality but there could be some things that would appear different than it really is, there could be things we may not see but believe in so it is not necessary for us to believe in something should not be visible. It could mean believing in something we could not see but have faith in its existence as well.

Reflection on language. Tripti :)

After having the discussion about language, according to me language is a way of communicating with people to and having to let them know on how you feel. You can communicate with people in different ways, like the use of text messages, pictures, and many more, language is how you portray tht specific means of communication. For example if you take textng, language can differ the way you lay out your texts, if they have a number of smiley faces, the language portrayed to the reader would be more friendly than the text messages with exclamation marks and caps locked which gives out the feeling of anger and frustration. Language is not only what is written, its the help to understanding of communication we are trying to convey to the other individual. Sometimes language can differ on understanding, this means that we need to understand what the individual is trying to say to us, For example if I say i don't like my phone, this may mean that there could be a certain app in my phone that I do not like. it doesn't mean I dislike the entire phone. In the same way if I say i don't want to eat doesn't mean that the food is not good, it could mean i am not hungry thus language can be interpreted in different ways by different individuals as it can have more than one meaning to it. language according to me is a way of communicating to others, which not necessarily could be written or spoken but the way its layed out makes it effective in its own way as through the use of images and many more it could also be portrayed, language if understood could be in many forms, it is just something that needs to be understood between the individuals

Good knowledge question.

Fruits ripen sooner because of global warming.

Bad question:- Why in global warming do the fruits ripen faster?
Intermediate question:- How do we conclude that the fruits ripen faster when global warming occurs?
Good question:- How do we know global warming affects fruits with the help of natural science, arts, and other areas of knowledge.

I hope this is good enough.

Ranking the subjects

According to me, I think that Math should be the subject that is the most important quality wise followed by Business, ITGS, English, Biology, Spanish.
I ranked them in this order as math is the most important subject that is related to everything around us followed by business as business is essential for everyone in order for living as it is what peoples income comes from. IT is important as in today's generation knowing about technology is essential as most of the things run on technology in today's world while English is essential as everyone uses the subject to interact followed by biology as it teaches you about the environment and how we function. While Spanish is the least important as it is more of a choice to learn it but it is the most spoken language and helps to interact with different kinds of people around the world thus it is important but not a necessity.
